Site-specific Category 1, 2, and 3 traffic control plans and traffic management plans developed in accordance with the MoTT TMM (2020) and applicable municipal requirements. Permit-ready.

Risk Assessments

Site-specific risk assessments developed in accordance with WorkSafeBC OHSR Section 18.3.1. We identify traffic-related hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate safety measures to protect workers and the public.

Road Use Permit Support

End-to-end permit coordination for BC municipalities and provincial roads, prepared, coordinated, and submitted.

Engineer Review, Sign & Seal

When your project requires a P.Eng review, we coordinate it. You don't chase the engineer. We do.

Common Questions

  • How long does it take to get a plan?

    72 hours is standard. Many Category 1 projects come back in 1–2 business days. 24-hour rush is available.

  • Do I need an engineer to stamp my plan?

    Not always. Category 1 and 2 plans typically do not require a P.Eng seal. Category 3 plans generally require engineering approval, while the City of Burnaby requires P.Eng seals for Category 2 and 3 plans.

  • What information do you need from me?

    Project location, scope, start date, working hours, and any permit requirements you already know about. If you're not sure, send what you have. We'll ask for the rest.

  • Do you handle the permit submission?

    Road use permit support is a separate service. We prepare and coordinate the submission, so you don't have to manage the permit office.
