When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Project details you send us, such as the project location, scope of work, start date, working hours, traffic impacts, and permit requirements
  • Any files you attach, such as drawings, site plans, or previous plans

We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site. See Cookies and analytics below.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you: through the quote form on this website, by email, by phone or text, and through WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your request and send you a quote
  • Prepare traffic control plans, traffic management plans, risk assessments, and permit applications
  • Coordinate engineer review when your plan needs a seal
  • Arrange TCP courses and on-site training
  • Keep the business records we are required to keep

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Consent

When you send us your information, you agree to us using it for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, unless legal or contract obligations require us to keep using it. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to complete your project.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when it is needed to do the work you asked for:

  • The professional engineer (P.Eng) who reviews and seals your plan
  • The municipality or provincial office reviewing your permit application, when we submit it for you
  • The service providers that run our website, forms, and email

These parties may only use your information for that purpose.

Where it is stored

Our website and email providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to work properly and to measure visits, such as which pages are viewed, the type of browser used, and general location. This information does not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Links to other websites

Our online TCP renewal course is provided through the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) TCP Gateway. When you register there, BCCSA collects your information under its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover other websites we link to.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal and business record keeping requirements. After that, we securely delete or destroy it.

Your rights

Under PIPA, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used and who it has been shared with, and ask us to correct it. Send your request in writing using the contact details below. We will respond within 30 days.
